Upcoming Exhibit: Artists of Woodley Park

The Stanford in Washington Art Gallery, in conjunction with the Woodley Park Community Association, is pleased to announce the opening of Artists of Woodley Park. For the first time, a collection of artists in the Woodley Park neighborhood has come together to display their work. A vibrant residential and commercial community in northwest Washington D.C., Woodley Park possesses a rich cultural history dating back over a century. Stanford in Washington, located in the heart of the historic district, will be showing contemporary examples of the creativity that has characterized the area since the 1880s.

Artists of Woodley Park features pieces from both amateurs and professionals. Among the media exhibited will be jewelry, pottery, photography, glasswork, charcoal drawings, prints, and paintings.
