Key Dates

We are open in Fall, Winter, and Spring Quarters . There is no program during summer, but housing is typically available at the SIW center for undergraduate students for a fee. Students who attend the program during the school year have priority for summer housing.

Application Deadlines:

Spring Quarter 2024-25: Application due October 22, 2024.

EXTENDED Second Round Spring Quarter 2024-25: Admissions are rolling program will be open unitl full or January 20, 2025.

Fall Quarter 2025-26: The application will launch in late January of 2025 and will be due in March 2025.

Thursday September 19, 2024: SIW Arrival Date

Friday September 20  - Sunday September 22, 2024: SIW Orientation

Monday September 23, 2024: Students begin internships

SIW does not observe a week of for Thanksgiving. Students should expect to have classes and interships Monday November 25-Wednesday November 27. Thursday November 28 and Friday November 29 are holidays. 

Friday December 13, 2024 : Final day of internships. Farewell Dinner. Students are Expected to remain at SIW through the farewell dinner, students will go to internships during the final week.

Sunday December 15, 2024: Final Day to Move Out.

Winter Quarter 2024-25:

Monday January 6, 2025: SIW Arrival Date

Tuesday January 7, 2025: SIW Orientation

Wednesday January 8, 2025: Students begin internships

Friday March 21, 2025 : Final day of internships. Farewell Dinner. Students are Expected to remain at SIW through the farewell dinner, students will go to internships during the final week.

Sunday March 23, 2025: Final Day to Move Out.
