Key Dates

We are open in Fall, Winter, and Spring Quarters . There is no program during summer, but housing is typically available at the SIW center for undergraduate students for a fee. In Summer 2023 the building will be closed for maintenance.

Application Deadlines:

EXTENDED First Round Fall Quarter 2023-2024: March 4, 2023

Second Round Fall Quarter 2023-2024: EXTENDED May 10, 2023. 

First Round Winter Quarter 2023-2024: May 23, 2023.

Future Quarters:

Second Round (If Necessary) Winter Quarter 2023-2024:  Posted June 2023 Due Early October 2023

First Round Spring Quarter 2023-2024: Posted September 2023 Due Early November 2023

Second Round (If Necessary) Spring Quarter 2023-2024: Posted Late November 2023 Due January 2024

Fall Quarter 2023:

Thursday September 21, 2023: SIW Arrival Date

Friday September 22  - Sunday September 24, 2023: SIW Orientation

Monday September 25 and Tuesday September 26, 2023: Students begin internships, students who are observing the Yom Kippur holiday will be accommodated.

SIW does not observe a week of for Thanksgiving. Students should expect to have classes and interships Monday November 20-Wednesday November 22. Thursday November 23 and Friday November 24 are holidays. 

Friday December 15: Final day of internships. Farewell Dinner. Students are Expected to remain at SIW through the farewell dinner, students will go to internships during the final week.

Sunday December 17: Final Day to Move Out.
