Key Dates
We are open in Fall, Winter, and Spring Quarters . There is no program during summer, but housing is typically available at the SIW center for undergraduate students for a fee. Students who attend the program during the school year have priority for summer housing.
Application Deadlines:
Second Round Fall 2025-26: Open now applications will be accepted and students will be admitted on a rolling basis until the program is full.
Winter 2025-26: Second round open now. Applications will be accepted and students will be admitted on a rolling basis until the program is full. Final deadline October 15, 2025.
Spring 2025-26: Launched mid-June. Anticipated deadline October 15, 2025.

Monday September 22, 2025: Students begin internships
SIW does not observe a week of for Thanksgiving. Students should expect to have classes and interships Monday November 24-Wednesday November 26. Thursday November 27 and Friday November 28 are holidays.
Friday December 12, 2025 : Final day of internships. Farewell Dinner. Students are Expected to remain at SIW through the farewell dinner, students will go to internships during the final week.
Saturday December 13, 2025: Move Out Day
