We are open in Fall, Winter, and Spring Quarters . There is no program during summer, but housing is typically available at the SIW center for undergraduate students for a fee.
Application Deadlines:
Second Round Fall Quarter 2024-25: May 13, 2024
Winter Quarter 2024-25: May 20, 2024 (Note: a second round will be launched in late May if necessary the second round will have rolling admissions with a final deadline in October 2024)
Spring Quarter 2024-25: The application will launch in summer and be due in October 2024.

Friday January 5 - Sunday January 7, 2024: SIW Orientation
Monday January 8, 2024: Students begin internships
Friday March 22, 2024 : Final day of internships. Farewell Dinner. Students are Expected to remain at SIW through the farewell dinner, students will go to internships during the final week.
Sunday March 24, 2024: Final Day to Move Out.
Spring Quarter 2024:
Thursday March 28, 2024: SIW Arrival Date
Friday March 29 - Sunday March 31, 2024: SIW Orientation
Monday April 1, 2024: Students begin internships

SIW does not observe a week of for Thanksgiving. Students should expect to have classes and interships Monday November 25-Wednesday November 27. Thursday November 28 and Friday November 29 are holidays.
Friday December 13: Final day of internships. Farewell Dinner. Students are Expected to remain at SIW through the farewell dinner, students will go to internships during the final week.
Sunday December 15: Final Day to Move Out.
