Summer Housing

Summer Housing for Summer 2026 is full. 

DATES

Summer housing will consist of 10 weeks, beginning on Friday, June 19, 2026 and ending on Friday, August 28, 2026. If you need housing outside of those dates, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee availability. If you will be staying for a shorter period, you will still need to pay the full amount, subletting is not allowed. 

COST

The cost to live at SIW for summer 2026 is $6,000, which includes room and meal plan. Summer students must participate in the meal plan. Due to the limited space available at SIW, we are unable to accommodate single rooms during the summer. There will only be double-occupancy rooms available. Each room has an ensuite bathroom.

HOUSING PRIORITY

Please keep in mind that we give housing priority to previous Stanford in Washington students first and then students who have fellowships or stipends through SIG and the Haas Center. If there is space available after these students are given housing, we will open up housing to other Stanford affiliates. Please note: Summer housing at SIW is only available to Stanford students who have not yet matriculated. Students who have already graduated are not eligible to live in the SIW House during the summer.
